for a medium sized casear salad with chicken light dressing and a few crutons? please post calories/fat/fiber…thanks
also its not deep friend chicken its just like coldmeat chicken (probably not very much calories at all) please let me know..
also some parmasian cheese

i got it at this cafe at my work…i work at an airport…its really hard to pinpoint the stuff unless i break down the cheese/chicken/dressing/crutons
