Is it okay to take natural vitamins/herbals for health conditions?

especially for asthma? There are many drugs on the market which “boost” the immune system, however, asthma itself you take drugs which lower the immune system a tad bit,….so I’m not sure if that would cancel the effects of the prescription drugs.

Yes. And there is a natural protocol for almost every malady:

ASTHMA

Supplements:
Quercitin-C500 mg 3x daily
Flaxseed oil 1000 mg 2x daily before meals
Vitamin B complex 50 mg 4x daily
Vitamin A15,000 iu daily
Vitamin E600 iu daily
Vitamin C
with bioflavonoids1500 mg 3x daily
CoQ 10100 mg daily
Magnesium + calcium1500 mg daily

Recommendations:
1. Eat a diet of primarily fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, oatmeal, brown rice and whole grains. Processed foods and sugar should be avoided.
2. Include garlic and onions in your diet. These contain quercetin and mustard oils, which have been shown to inhibit an enzyme that aids in releasing inflammatory chemicals.
3. Include green drinks like “Kyo-Green” in your diet.
4. Avoid gas producing foods like beans, broccoli and cauliflower.
5. Eat lightly- a large meal can put pressure on the diaphragm and cause shortness of breath.
6. Avoid sulfites, the food additives BHA and BHT, FD&C yellow #5 food dye, animal hair and tobacco.

LOWERING CHOLESTEROL

Herbs
Cayenne (capsicum), goldenseal, and hawthorn berries help lower cholesterol. Kombucha Tea has also been found to lower cholesterol.

Get regular moderate exercise.
