how do you feel about kids and nutrition?

You can teach children to be healthy and to eat healthful foods when they’re young, but once they are in grade school (6 and up) they will eat whatever they want if you didnt teach them about proper nutrition. I think there’s a lot of influence by what the parents eat, too. If the parents are overweight and only eat cheeseburgers, the child will most likely follow that same unhealthy path. On the other hand, a child with malnourished, very thin anorexic parents, is likely to become anorexic, too. So, i think kids and nutrition can go hand in hand, you just have to achieve a healthy balance.
