did i eat too much??
breakfast:
1 cup high fibre whole grain cereal 200cal
1 cup strawberry soy milk 100cal
1 yogurt 100cal
lunch:
1 cup whole spelt pasta(uncooked) then i cooked the 1 cup
350 cal
1/2 cup of natural healthy tomatoe sauce 50 cal
2 tbs permesian cheese 100 cal
dinner:
1 whole NATURAL HEALTHY friggen 5$ energy bar 250 cal
snacks:
1/2 pineapple 100cal
1 mango 100cal
1 apple 100cal
2 kiwis 100cal
actually i got 40 grams of protein, and 25 grams of fibre so iw as good
no-its not enough.
the serving sizes are too small &they are all carbs with the exception of the fruit&fiber.
and usually energy bars are filled with sugar or salt and both make you retain water which adds to water weight.
