diet disaster need help addiction?
okay the last few days….been slacking
ah didn’t work out that much… 3 days ago was my birthday
had 2 & a half slice of choc hot fudge cake!!! and more of other stuff
and today, i ate a whole lot of peanut butter…like ALOT
breakfast 2 wholewheat bread w/ peanut butter (11am) late breakfast*
lunch (energy bar ) peanut buttered flavored 2pm)
rice fish etc(5pm)
then had the energy bar again (8pm)
i got soooo hungry, ate 2 wholewheat breads with peanut butter AGAIN
and all i did today was walk!!!
is this gonna make me gain weight? all of these things i ate a few days ago and now?
and how much peanut butter is enough? like how much should i cut down
I think I’m addicted to peanut butter :/
okay, calm down. breathe. you should try yoga btw, it’s really good for muscle toning 
and it’s fun. and relaxing. anyway
i heard that peanut butter is actually good for you, but up to some certain extent.. i read online somewhere before – a reliable source! i just don’t remember where – that having ONE tablespoon of peanut butter A WEEK is good for you, if you want to maintain your weight and all.. as for the cakes and what not, anyone who says that it won’t make you gain weight will be lying to you. it’s okay though, it’s all good. it’s only been what, two days? so you can lose it all in a week or two, the weather is starting to get colder anyway, so your body was probably, i don’t know.. “calling” for energy, hence the cake you ate oh, and your birthday.
i’ve checked out your other questions and answers, and you seemed to know what you were doing, so i’m pretty sure you’ll manage fine. you know what you should do, you don’t need our help – just hold on in there cuz i screwed up PLENTY of times before on the long-run, feeling like crap afterward.
