Is it okay to eat a balance bar?

I really like balance bars, and I feel like they give me a lot of energy to work out, but they have 200 calories and 6 grams of fat. Is it okay if I eat a balance bar instead of lunch before a work out, or will it cause me to gain weight?

It is OKAY, but they aren’t the HEALTHIEST bars.

But if they make you feel good, go for it. You will work it off anyway!

But FYI – the healthiest bars on the market are Lara Bars…. you should check them out. They are JUST fruit and nuts that have been slightly dehydrated into a bar — and they are surprisingly good! They have no additives or preservatives and they have not been processed!
