Natural body detox?
I want to jump start my diet and I heard the best way to do it is to detox “cleanse” your body first. Any one know of a natural concoction??? here are a few i’ve tried….watermelon, maple/cheyanne pepper/lemon juice and “cleansing supplements” anything new would help.
I used water and squeeze some lemon and lime into it, citurs is a good way. and alot of water and fruits, also they say broccolie is good for the ruffage
get that old gunk out of the bowels
