Do fast food restaraunts have different ingredients than typical foods?
I’m curious b/c I’m hearing that even the healthy options at those places aren’t healthy even if the nutrition info like calories and fat look fine. Why is that?
The main things in a burger seem typical, but the meat and cheese are filled with preservatives and other chemicals that keep the food fresh, appetizing, and they may contain artificial flavoring. These things are not really good for you, so it’s best to make you own sandwiches at home from the typical ingredients you would normally use.
