I want to do the lemonade diet for about a week?
But I would rather not have to do the saltwater or the tea in the morning because I have school. Has anyone done this and was it ok? Any thing else on the diet would be helpful also! Thanks!
The reason I want to do the lemonade diet is so that I can detox and lose a little weight before tennis starts. I don’t need to get any more muscular, as I will start working out every day in about 2 weeks.
Giiiiiiirl…I tried it and not only does it taste like crap it does not work. You will be hungry as hell and pissed at how bad it taste..REAL TALK!!! Do not do it!!
