Weight loss? Detox?
Has anyone tried the detox weight loss diet?? I think its when you just eat fruits and veggies for a week or two to flush out your system. Did it work for anyone? Did it make you lose weight or feel better? I’m thinking about trying it but not sure if i will benefit at all. Any suggestions???
OK i do not know what the hell weirdo24 is talking about..but whatever..lol….
OK so yes i have tried it along with veggies and a skinless grilled chicken breast maybe once or twice a week for protein..and it is amazing..at the end of the 2 weeks you have sooo much energy and feel clean and great!
